Cloud Haven Guide

Everything you can do in this online pet memorial, in a few minutes.

🕹️Moving around

  • Computer: WASD or arrow keys to walk, drag to look, scroll to zoom.
  • Phone: touch and drag the joystick area at the bottom left to move; drag elsewhere to look.
  • Explore / Overview at the top switches between walking and a bird's-eye view.
  • Walk up to a grave and press E or tap Visit, or simply click/tap the grave.
  • Live visitors: other people walking the clouds right now appear as their characters.

🌈Hub and heavens

  • You start in the Hub Plaza. The To the Heavens portal flies you to one of 9 zones: Sunrise Meadow, Rainbow Bridge, Starlight Garden, Golden Gate, Crystal Lake, Autumn Maple Grove, Winter Snowfield, Sakura Riverside and Starlight Lake.
  • Busy zones split into sections. Tap the zone name at the top to pick a section.
  • The Hub button at the bottom brings you back.

🪦Building a memorial

  • Tap Build a memorial, pick a design, then add name, species, breed, family name, born/passed years and a short story.
  • Choose where it rests: in the form, tap one of the 9 heaven cards. Each card shows how many memorials are there and how many plots are free in its current section. The one marked Recommended is picked for you if you don't choose. Your memorial takes the next free plot in that heaven.
  • Your first Marble Classic is free (one per account). Extra memorials and other designs are paid.
  • Designs: Marble Classic RM19, Heart of Love / Heaven Cross RM25, Paw Print / Sakura Tree RM29, Guiding Star RM32, Angel Wings RM35, Crystal Spire RM39, Golden Rainbow Arch RM45, Cloud Throne RM49.
  • Payment is a one-time secure checkout with Stripe. Memorials stay for as long as Cloud Haven runs.

📷Photos

  • Up to 5 photos. The first is the main photo; you can reorder or remove them.
  • Each photo is checked automatically. It must show your pet; photos that aren't pets, or that are upsetting or inappropriate, are refused.
  • Only upload photos you have the right to share.
  • Tap a photo on a grave to see it full screen; tap ✕, outside, swipe or press back to close.

🎁Offerings and gifts

  • Free: light a lantern, incense or a candle. It glows for 30 days.
  • Flowers (from RM5), toys (from RM5) and food (from RM5, matched to the pet's species, plus a birthday cake for any pet).
  • Gifts appear in front of the grave for everyone and stay for 30 days. They stack in neat rings; the newest 30 are shown.

💌Visiting, guestbook and sharing

  • Guestbook: sign it with a nickname and a gentle message. Messages are public.
  • Share on a grave copies its own link; anyone who opens it lands right at that memorial.
  • Invite a friend shares Cloud Haven itself.

👤Account and My pets

  • Log in with Google, Facebook, email and password, or an emailed magic link. Same email = same account.
  • Pick a nickname; your email is never shown.
  • My pets lists every memorial you raised. Tap one to fly there, then use Edit on its card to update details and photos.

⚙️Settings and menus

  • Settings (gear): language EN / 中文, graphics quality (Auto / Low / High), character, music, night sky.
  • Characters: Angel, Fairy, Fox spirit, Spirit wolf, Spirit stag, Celestial dragon, Phoenix and Pegasus. Others see your choice.
  • On phones, extra buttons (suggestion, My pets, invite, about, day/night, this guide) are in the ⋯ menu.

💛Support and help

  • Cloud Haven is free to visit. The ♡ button lets you give a voluntary one-time gift (RM2 – RM1000) to keep the servers running, optionally on the supporters list.

宠物云端天堂使用指南

几分钟了解这个线上宠物纪念园的所有功能。

🕹️移动

🌈广场与天堂

  • 你从中心广场出发，前往天堂传送门可飞往 9 个区域：日出草原、彩虹桥、星光花园、黄金之门、水晶湖、秋枫林、冬雪原、樱花河畔、星光湖。
  • 热闹的区域会分成多个分区，点顶部区域名即可选择。
  • 底部 中心 按钮带你回来。

🪦建立纪念碑

  • 点 建造纪念碑，选择款式，再填写名字、物种、品种、家人姓氏、出生/离开年份和小故事。
  • 选择安放位置：在表单中点选 9 个天堂卡片之一。每张卡片会显示该天堂已有多少座纪念碑，以及当前区还有多少空位。标有推荐的天堂是默认选择。纪念碑会安放在该天堂的下一个空位。
  • 第一座经典大理石免费（每个账户一座），其他款式或更多纪念碑需付费。
  • 价格：经典大理石 RM19，爱之心 / 天堂十字 RM25，爪印 / 樱花树 RM29，指引之星 RM32，天使之翼 RM35，水晶尖塔 RM39，金色彩虹拱门 RM45，云端宝座 RM49。
  • 通过 Stripe 一次性安全付款，纪念碑会一直保留。

📷照片

  • 最多 5 张，第一张为主照片，可调整顺序或删除。
  • 照片会自动审核：必须是你的宠物，非宠物或令人不适的照片会被拒绝。
  • 只上传你有权分享的照片。
  • 点墓碑上的照片可全屏查看，点 ✕、点外面、滑动或按返回键关闭。

🎁供品与礼物

  • 免费：点灯笼、上香或点蜡烛，亮 30 天。
  • 鲜花（RM5 起）、玩具（RM5 起）、食物（RM5 起，按宠物种类搭配，生日蛋糕适合所有宠物）。
  • 礼物摆在墓碑前，所有人都看得到，保留 30 天，整齐排成圆圈，最多显示最新 30 件。

💌拜访、留言簿与分享

  • 留言簿：用昵称写下温柔的话，留言公开可见。
  • 墓碑上的 分享 复制专属链接，打开即直达该纪念碑。
  • 邀请朋友 分享宠物云端天堂。

👤账户与我的宠物

  • 可用 Google、Facebook、邮箱密码 或 邮件登录链接。同一邮箱即同一账户。
  • 设置昵称，邮箱不会公开。
  • 我的宠物 列出你建立的所有纪念碑，点击飞过去，在卡片上点 编辑 更新资料和照片。

⚙️设置与菜单

  • 设置（齿轮）：语言 EN / 中文、画质（自动 / 低 / 高）、角色、音乐、夜空。
  • 角色：天使、精灵、狐仙、灵狼、灵鹿、天龙、凤凰、天马，其他人能看到你的选择。
  • 手机上，更多按钮（建议、我的宠物、邀请、关于、昼夜、本指南）在 ⋯ 菜单里。
